REFUNDS

Refunds of any kind are not offered. If you are unhappy with your service please reach out within 1 week of your service.

ONLINE FORM REQUIRED

For all old and new clients the salon's online form is required to be filled out to be kept on each client's online booking profile. Failure to fill out this form within a reasonable time of booking will result in cancellation of the appointment.

NO CALL/ NO SHOWS

If you do not show up, call, or text about not coming to your appointment you will be charged 75% of the service that you scheduled.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Every appointment/service is very important. I understand that things come up and schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore I request 24 hour notice for cancellations. Cancellations less than 24 hours will be charged 50% fee of your scheduled service.

LATE POLICY

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Failure to do so may result in your appointment being cancelled along with the fee as described above. Please call both the salon (518) 952-6006 and me directly (518) 221-6883 to notify me if you are going to be over 10 minutes late. Calling both the salon and myself is the best way to ensure I get your message promptly.

Service prices may vary due to length, thickness, time required, preexisting condition of your hair and the products used for your services. Please ask me if you are unsure about pricing or I encourage you to schedule a free consultation here.

EXTENSIONS

I am fully certified and use only the finest quality extensions on the market to add volume, length, and/or color to your hair. I offer hand-tied weft extensions which can be worn long term with the proper care and maintenance. If you are considering extensions, I would be happy to provide you with a free consultation in which we will discuss pricing, hair, etc.

CONSULTATIONS / COLOR CORRECTIONS

You may book a consultation for all kinds of appointments, but consultations are always required for extensions and color corrections. The following information is important for me to know if you are a client receiving a color/chemical service. • Previously over-processed hair • Prescription medications • Thermal damage • Use of metallic dyes, box color, salts & minerals • Permed or relaxed hair

IT IS EACH CLIENT'S PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY TO BE UPFRONT AND HONEST ABOUT THEIR HAIR HISTORY. ANY DAMAGE CAUSED TO THE HAIR AS A RESULT OF UNDIVULGED INFORMATION DURING THE CONSULTATION IS NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE STYLIST.
